My Approach
My approach to therapy combines CBT techniques with empathetic listening and a collaborative spirit. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel supported while learning practical coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Peter Kish
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMass Lowell (2012) and a master’s degree in Counseling from Salem State University (2015). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to grow. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors—whether hiking, biking, or kayaking—playing with my dog, and volunteering with local charities. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and community.
